Commander Canadian Fleet (Pacific) Change of Command Ceremony

On July 19, 2018, Commodore Angus Topshee assumed command of Canadian Fleet Pacific from Rear-Admiral Buck Zwick. Commodore Topshee was most recently the Deputy Director of the Strategy, Policy and Plans Directorate NORAD and USNORTHCOM.  He has spent many years on the West Coast since joining his first ship, HMCS Winnipeg, in 1997 and is very much looking forward to returning to the Pacific Fleet in a sea-going position.

We want to thank newly promoted Rear-Admiral Buck Zwick for his dedicated service and for all that he has accomplished over the last three years as Commander Canadian Fleet Pacific. We wish him all the best in his new appointment as Chief of Force Development at NDHQ.
